Private Daycare

Eligibility: All pets eligible but targeted to dog & puppy owners plus kitten owners. Especially dogs with separation anxiety. 

 

Service Structure 

This is our in-home daycare service which involves our team going to your home for a set duration between 2 -17hrs. They will stay with your pet while you are out and can arrive anytime from 6am and finish by 11pm. This is not an overnight service and is charged by the hour.

We will socialize with and feed your pet, provide required bathroom assistance and complete pet cleaning that may be required for the duration of the time you are away. Appropriate play and exercise are also provided, with the possibility of extended outings (beach etc) depending on how long the pack members have been with ruff trails.

 

This service is particularly useful for owners with dogs that can't be left alone, and owners that need time away either for work or social events. This is also useful when you have a young puppy or kitten that requires extended company. Or you simply want your pet to have a whole afternoon with us!

Walks or Initial playdates may be required prior to booking this service to ensure repour is built with your pet.

Adult Cats(12months+)  + Any other pet Pricing ​

No special considerations = $35 per hr

With special considerations = $40 per hr

 

Adult Dog (2yrs+)  Pricing ​

No Special Considerations = $35 per hr

Low Level Considerations = $40 per hr

High Level Considerations = $49 per hr

Young Dogs & Cats Pricing ​

Puppy (0-2yrs) = $49 per hr

Kitten (0-12months)= $40 Per hr

Service & Pricing Notes​

- Pricing above is a per hr rate for 1 pet

- Additional Pets are charged at 50% off their relevant pricing.

- If you have Puppies, Kittens or Adult dogs they would be considered your primary pet when quoting. ​

- Special Considerations refer to any behavioural or medical considerations that may be relevant to your pet eg. high risk animal, behavioural concerns, separation anxiety, reactivity, incontinence, medications etc

Members

If you are a member, you can request a quote through the booking portal.

-  Please ensure you add all pets requiring day care, as we will provide 1 quote for all.

- We may call you to tailor our quote better

- Once you have accepted the quote, we will invoice for a 50% deposit to lock your dates in.

- We will organise a preservice meeting prior to the service start date. ​

Submit a request through the below form:

- We will organise a meet and greet to discuss your needs, and get you registered.

-At the same time, we will provide a quote, once you have accepted this quote, we will invoice for a 50% deposit to lock your dates in.
